“Easy access, felt like home upon entry. Beautiful decor. Furniture was comfortable. Very close to pool access. Steam and sauna at the pool. All the other guest and residents we met were very friendly. Saw many deer that came within 10 ft of us. I will definitely return. I was able to unwind and get some R&R. My only regret is it was too short of a trip. ”

“Great place to stay and play in the snow (sugar mountain slopes right near by). Parking is a challenge but other than that it’s amazing. Has a little bit of the shining vibes when it snows and you feel like if the roads closed and you were stuck anything could happen. We had a blast. Thanks”

The furniture is nice and the beds are super-comfy!The owner even called to make sure we were comfortably and didn’t have any problems. “Property was very clean. Would stay here again (and just may if we return to the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games) in a year or two. Was a little hard to find at first (not the host's fault, our GPS was just confused!). It's at the top of the mountain with very nice views and close to Banner Elk and Grandfather Mountain. Very nice stay, well appointed. Would recommend.”

“Nice and quaint condo. Very clean and nicely appointed. We were 2 couples and had plenty of room. The only recommendations I would have is that the owner remove some of the dishes in the kitchen and have one cabinet empty for guests to use. Would highly recommend.”

“Checking in was super easy, informative emails were sent prior to arrival. The location was great but not ski in ski out. There was a decent walk to the slope but honestly it wasn’t bad. Our group made the walk 2 of the 3 days. It was a cozy place and very enjoyable. Saturday’s are packed on the slopes but sundays were great both day and night time skiing. ”
