“Communication through apps only but it is very effective and efficient. The apartment has an internal staircase to the two bedrooms. It could be highlighted more clearly in the websites as it would not be very suitable to have people with constraint to walk up and down the room. The location is really good with underground nearby and a lot of choices of good food are available. Each bedroom and the dinning area are quipped with smartTV. It could be better if even a small room of training……

“For the price it's okay, but the room was very hot and there was no fan, it was very bad for sleeping. Someone left a pot of pasta there; it had been moldy for days and had been spoiled for days, and nobody took it away. I know there are dirty guests, but even so, the owner should come and clean it.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Martin was an excellent host, able to accommodate us with a request of ours at the last moment. Safe area to walk late, just a few minutes walk to the main tourist areas, great air conditioning and a washing machine. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here. We travel around quite a lot, you can tell Martin knows what he is doing when it comes to being a great host! Thank you!”

“Rum badrum kök allt stinker av rök. Smutsigt. Gammal ihoptorkad tvål i badrummet som är meningen att alla skall använda. Ligger inte så nära station som namnet utlovar. Inga gardiner för fönster. Gick ej att vara kvar. Bokade annat hotell ”

“The whole staff team was exchanged between booking (March) and our arrival (May). Scanning through our booking, we found three different contact numbers, and upon calling them, we were informed that they would no longer be working there. The confirmation message we received stated that we would be welcomed by staff upon arrival, but the entry was just an inconspicuous door with a code lock on it.
