“This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. To use the jacuzzi, we had to give 4 hours' notice, but it was a delightful……

The security guard was helpful, made us feel very secure, and watched out for the guests. Even helped us confirm that the Uber driver was who he said he was as the license plate did not match the app. Breakfast was good and the hours were long. “We had an overall great stay at this hotel. The customer service was truly excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. The building uses a solar water heating system instead of gas, and unfortunately there was no hot water for one full day.
