「We enjoyed our stay in downtown Columbia! Perfect location for Sparky’s and all of the downtown eateries.The dedicated parking spot worked out well!Communication with the owner was excellent!We don’t have enough good things to say about our stay. Getting to the 4th floor without an elevator did not bother us, but it may be a concern for some.I would not hesitate to stay at this location again!」

「My house that I originally reserved the dishwasher was broke so they moved me to a different location. The house was amazing. The door code didnt work but the owners were great and very helpful figuring it out so we could get it. We had a great time.」

「Overall out stay was very nice. Pictures make the place look larger but it was nice and we had enough space. There was an issue with the upstairs toilet not flushing but they came to check it out immediately. Very nice people to work with」

「The unit is to the side/behind the home with the porch over looking the lake. Cozy, cool, exactly what we needed. 」

「This was by far my most relaxing stay in Columbia yet. Everything from communication and cleanliness to the comfort and cozy feel of the property, inside and out. 「The owners of the Kozy Katy Retreat absolutely deserve a 5 star rating. The floors, counters, apliance choices, and shower stall all reflected a quality of being professionally designed. 「We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and even a washer/dryer. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay here again! 」

"I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant"
