“The internet is bad; it only works in the pool area. Breakfast is good but has limited options. The hotel's location is poor because the streets are terribly dirty, though it is close to the restaurant area. The room is great, with good air conditioning. The TV is very poor because it relies on the internet. The system for getting beach towels is complicated; losing one is a major issue. My grandson broke the room key card, and my daughter had to pay 400 pesos—I thought that was outrageous.”

“Stayed in April 2026 with 2 girlfriends and absolutely loved the hotel and the location. The hotel was spotless and our room with 2 queens was plenty big for the 3 of us. Having coffee in the hallway on each floor was a nice touch. We spent many hours relaxing in and around the pool. Our only complaint, if anything, is that the beds and pillows were really firm. Would highly recommend Ximena and would definitely return!”

“El hotel tiene la evidente pretensión de ser rústico y chic, pero se queda solo en lo primero: * Bases de cama de la madera más simple con colchones de resortes evidentemente viejos por su falta de soporte. * No hay lámpara o apagador de buró, con la evidente incomodidad que eso representa al levantarse al baño en la noche. * El sapo del WC a veces sellaba, a veces no. * El espacio de la regadera es pequeño, su cortina no detiene el agua y tuve que secar un escurrimiento que llegó hasta la……

“The atmosphere was amazing. Being close enough to nature in a quiet and cozy area. The breakfast was fantastic with a good amount of options and the pool was perfect. Highly recommend this for a calm stay after being in downtown Sayulita. Close to the beach and still close enough to restaurants. 10/10.”
