“We stayed here last year with a slightly larger family group and really liked it. This year was no different. The house was spotlessly clean, and everything worked fine. Beds were comfy. We cooked a few simple meals and it had all of the kitchen gear needed. The location is just a block from Aurora Ave (St Rd 99), so our destinations were always close. Plus nearby Fremont Ave has tons of great restaurants. We plan to return on our next Seattle stay.”

“I had oral surgery scheduled for early on a Friday and my son's 17th bday happened to be the same day so I made the best of it and got this house. It was the best!! Right next to but away from all the things. We had such a great stay thank you Ravi!!!”

“This is a nice unit a short drive away to main attractions. It's nicely renovated. It's small but makes good use of the space. It's an older home so you hear your upstairs neighbors, as is typical in a vintage house. The price was right for us and it was a great place to stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the backyard is amazing. We enjoyed a morning walk on the nearby biking bath and upon return had coffee on the cozy deck at the house enjoying the view of the backyard. The house is a short walk to a nearby grocery store (which has great bagels and soups). In general, the neighborhood is beautiful to walk around: it's hilly, quite, and provides great views of Mt. “A big thank you for your exceptional hospitality. The studio was for perfect for my week long stay in Seattle. Cosy and quiet in a beautiful forest setting with all the amenities you could ask for. Comfortable bed, hot showers, great communication though out with easy access on arrival and during my stay. Super convenient to I5 & Seattle. I loved watching the squirrels from the window over my morning coffee!! Overall a great experience.”

“This darling place is exactly as shown. The bed is super comfy and things like the big monitor in the office area make working from the location really convenient. Parking was a breeze. The host has great communication and is very pleasant. I would definitely stay again if I need to be in the area.”

“Wonderful communication from the host. We wanted to experience the UW location and this place was perfect. 20-minute walk to University District. 15-minute drive to downtown Seattle. Property was clean, comfortably slept 4, but 2 easily could be added with pullout sofa. Highly recommend.”

“The size of the 2 bedroom was perfect for the two of us. I didn’t realize we didn’t have a tv or couch, but it did not state in the description that they had one. I also didn’t realize that there were other people renting space at the house as well. It was kind of strange being outside on the deck with them. I was told we could check-in at 2 the day before. I text for the code a little after 2 and 20 minutes later I receive the code but when I show up Bill’s wife didn’t know I was coming early……

“I really enjoyed communication with Alexis...it seemed she was happy to answer all my questions and extremely prompt with her replies. My main concerns were parking and vegan eateries. Parking was perfect: off the street and safely behind the condo. She told me about a vegan food truck "The Hungry Herbivore" just a couple of miles from the condo...DELICIOUS! The condo was clean and well appointed. It was walking distance close to shops and markets. I'd stay there again, for sure.”

“It was a really sweet area, perfect walking distance from some good lunch spots, beautiful gardened neighborhood. It was quiet, the other guests were hardly seen and never heard. Host was very organized and communicative. Check in was super easy and secure. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you 😌”
