“I recommend for sure!!”

“Very pretty loft! Decorations were beautiful. Location worked well. We enjoyed our stay.”

“I loved my stay. Will do this one again”

“Lovely property, easy walk to everything,”

“Great property. Great Location! I would definitely go back, but rates in Bloomington have been out of control lately.”

“This is a great place for a solo traveler or a couple! If you are in town for summer camps at IU, a game, or orientation I'd stay here. Easy access to campus and the local areas.”

“cute studio.apartment within walking distance to all things downtown. hosts were kind and responsive all through the booking and stay. Old building with old building quirks, but they keep making improvements. would definitely choose properties by them again”

“We stayed here for IU parents weekend. It was clean, cozy and a short drive to campus. Loved being near Hopscotch coffee and the. B-line trail. We had a small hiccup with check-in and Cynthia as very responsive and resolved it quickly. Overall a great stay.”

“Gorgeous and peaceful!”

“Clean and roomy place - easy walking distance to/from IU and stadium. Host was wonderful!”

“It was a fine place to stay, very much an old Bloomington house. Very convenient to Kirkwood, and I would definitely stay that again.”

“Wonderful stay. Place was very clean and everything was as listed. Neighborhood was quiet and nice places to walk. Enjoyed the wildlife. Even the deer were friendly.”

“The room was exactly as advertised... clean, spacious, bright and chic. Nice location right on the town square! Was very comfortable. Great shower! I'd stay again.Young people from around town are rowdy outside at night, so be aware of that. You can hear them a little bit outside till the wee morning hours. That might have only been because it's summer when there are no classes.”

“Great place overall! Loved the deer in the back area Sunday morning! One note for IU visitors: Had some challenges getting an Uber to/from IU campus during an extra busy football weekend. I couldn’t get an Uber game day morning and then one Uber driver didn’t want to go back later that Saturday night; I tipped him extra cash to help convince him. It worked fine on the Friday night.”

“The listing is a bit misleading, although maybe I should have realized it was a studio in a building full of apartments with college age tenants. Even though the boys in the adjoining apartments were very nice and invited us to their rooftop deck party, the atmosphere was not what we were looking for. I realize the OSU game was big and the party was over pretty early but the mess and the lingering odor was a bit much. The property is also in need of repair, paint peeling, couch broken, etc. ……

“This is not the place if one has any mobility issues. It's in a pretty building with a lot of history. But two issues made me leave even before I slept there.First, the parking is very difficult. Had I known in advance that I'd have to park on the street and lug my stuff up and down the hill, I'd not have reserved it. Second, it's in the basement. The stairs are difficult to handle. I actually strained my foot and aggravated an old injury. Then I banged my head on an overhanging pipe. I……
