“We chose the property for the beach and pool access as we were there for a week. Unfortunately the beach access was washed away and was not available; the pool was also smaller than it appeared on the website and very small and packed. We knew the property was a 3-star, but the smell of marijuana was so overpowering around our room and the bed linens and room were pretty old. We chose to move to another hotel for the week.”

“I called before booking the room to make sure the pool and hot tub were open and functioning properly and they assured me that they were. The hot tub was broken, the pool was very cold in spite of the extreme hot weather, and there both looked absolutely filthy. My shower had two conditioners and no shampoo. Everything at breakfast was labeled incorrectly. The 2 versions of pancake batter were backwards, the blueberry syrup was in the regular syrup dispenser and the glass jars listed at……
