The booking experience was excellent, and the rustic appeal was awesome. However, that rustic appeal comes with some compromises in these modern times, such as the limited amount or poor placement of power outlets. Overall, I had a great stay, and I didn't even have time to explore the area!

Decent home close to Mt Tremblant

The location is great - only 10 minutes drive from Mt Tremblant South side. The home had plenty of heat, comfortable beds, large bathrooms and a nice hangout space in the livingroom. The kitchen was adequate but not the right equipment or ventilation to cook anything but a simple meal. It would be nice to have furniture in the bedrooms where to put down items instead of on the floor, and to have more outlets and less wires running across doorways. Since the pictures are not fully clear - all of the beds are located upstairs, up a very narrow set of stairs, with 2 beds in separate bedrooms, 1 narrow bunk bed room, and 1 bed at the top of the stairs in a hallway area. The 2 bathrooms upstairs are accessible through 2 of the bedrooms. There are also extra mattresses tucked under 2 of the beds, although i'm not sure where they could be placed.

Beautiful property with a few wrinkles.

We loved the space, a true cabin experience! The temperature of the building throughout the stay was a struggle, it was only 13 Celsius when we arrived. It wasn’t clear anywhere that we HAD to heat the main space with wood and that if we ran out we would be cold (only on really cold -20 days) and have to bundle up. It’s not a huge deal, just a little annoying/uncomfortable and good to know for future guests to be prepared.The downstairs shower didn’t provide more than 2 minutes of hot water. That also wasn’t a big deal because we let everyone use the master shower, which had more hot water.This place is great though, just needs a little attention, and probably not for people who require everything to be perfect.
