Une belle découverte

Très joli appartement sur les hauts de Porto Santo Stefano. La vue est incroyable, le petit espace extérieur très agréable et bien aménagé et la résidence très bien entretenue avec un bel espace piscine. Un ménage un peu plus soigné à l'arrivée et un réglage des portes et fenêtres (il n'est pas toujours aisé de les ouvrir car cela bloque un peu) seraient des plus très appréciés.

Umwerfender Meerblick, sehr schönes Apartment oberhalb von Porto Santo Stefano

Der Aufenthalt oberhalb von Porto Santo Stefano war einfach wunderschön. Das Apartment war stilvoll in Türkis, und gelb gehalten bzw. sommerlich maritim eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse/ kleinen Garten war einfach umwerfend. Die Beschreibung des Apartments war genau wie es ist, die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war perfekt. Besten Dank noch einmal dafür! Wir hatten im Juli das große Glück, dass die Anlage nicht überlaufen war und wir zumindest frühmorgens den Pool sogar für uns alleine hatten, ein Luxus, den wir sehr genossen haben und jeden Morgen mit Schwimmen begonnen haben, danach ein Café´mit Blick aufs Meer von der eigenen Terrasse. Was will man mehr? Ein Auto sollte man schon haben, da man ziemlich oben auf dem Berg ist. Runter ist man schnell in Santo Stefano, aber zurück will da sicher keiner zu Fuß hoch, wenn es über 30 Grad warm ist...Man kann soviel von Porto Santo Stefano unternehmen, einfach herrlich. Insgesamt ein toller 5* Aufenthalt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen!!!

Italienferien

Abgesehen, von der Hitze (es gab keine Klimaanlage), war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Mit dem Auto lässt sich die Insel wunderbar erkunden und man findet sehr schöne Badebuchten. Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung und super für die Kinder.

Schade - hätte sehr schön sein koennen

Wonderful location and nice garden with perfect view but 4 days without electricity, no water in the pool and check in with great difficulties…could have been good … some things like electricity and poil and check in needs urgent attention

Très bon séjour dans cette résidence de charle

Super appartement, je recommande vivement. Piscine, tennis au top et propriétaire adorable. Seul bémol, le prix des serviettes et draps est en plus de la location, dommage que cela ne soit pas indiqué dans l’annonce. Mais sinon allez-y les yeux fermés !

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sanierungsbedürftig. Aber die Aussicht von der Wohnung aus ist wunderschön, der Garten ist toll. Wir haben morgens und abends Tennis gespielt. Der Pool war leider etwas dreckig aber die Kinder fanden ihn trotzdem spitze. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Uns ist auch klar wenn die Anlage renoviert ist, wird der Preis deutlich teurer, so wie es in Italien üblich ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nice location but not worth the price

Nice apartment and location, in spite of that you have to climb very steep hills to get there. You should have your own car. We had to clean the apartment at arrival as it was very dusty. No bed linnens or towels and we had to pay quite a lot extra to get this. Also no aircondition or fans and no anti musquito devices (quite a lot of musquitos). So the general impression is that the apartment is OK, but should have been better equipped and included bed lennens and towels. Not worth the price they charge.

Wonderful location

The apartment with a truly stunning view has everything we needed, and is located in a nice and beautiful complex. We rented the apartment in the beginning of the session, which meant that the area was quite empty, and not a lot of residents where there during the week. The pool is fresh, large and well taken care of, during the day there is a lifeguard in place who besides keeping an eye on the kids also took care of and updated the sunbeds. The caretaker doesn't speak English, and my Italian is extremely weak, but we found ways to communicate with a Little help from Google translate. Above all it was very welcoming, which to me is what mattes most.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Hafen Santo Stefano. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wohnung etwas kühl im Oktober. Kann aber geheizt werden.

Esperienza nella media

Premetto che l’appartamento nel suo complesso è molto carino e il giardinetto esterno con la vista merita davvero. Detto questo però la pulizia dell’appartamento lascia a desiderare. Nel nostro preciso caso, a causa di problemi vari che abbiamo avuto con i proprietari, abbiamo trovato la casa ancora da pulire. La signora che gestisce un po’ il complesso comunque è stata super gentile e carina, anche disponibile. Come esperienza nel suo complesso sicuramente positiva ma la pulizia è da migliorare moltissimo. Appunto inoltre che il frigo è davvero piccolissimo e non era stato sottolineato da nessuna parte quindi arrivati ci siamo trovati un po’ a disagio con la spesa fatta e nessun posto in cui poterla mettere.

Perfect apartment for a family

The apartment was super for four people. The highlight is the private garden space with an incredible view of the harbour. We used the pool and tennis court extensively. It was very useful to have a designated parking spot in the shade. We had a great time and will come again.

Vista spettacolare

Appartamento completo di tutto sito in complesso residenziale con piscina (utilizzabile solo nei mesi estivi) e campo da tennis. Gradevolissima terrazza alberata con vista eccezionale sul porto di Santo Stefano. Centro del paese raggiungibile a piedi (ritorno in salita un po' impegnativo ma fattibile). Pulizia migliorabile. Nel complesso super consigliato!!

Wonderful view and location - bellissima vista e zona

Lati positivi: casetta carinissima, con tutto il necessario (ha anche la lavastoviglie). La vista dal giardino con patio è meravigliosa e vale tutta la vacanza. Il comprensorio è ordinato, pulito e signorile, con una bella zona piscina (per grandi e piccoli), che abbiamo sfruttato molto avendo un bambino. Lati negativi: manca la lavatrice, ma non è un gran problema per soggiorni brevi. La pulizia è un po' scarsa, la signora che fa il check in è molto gentile, ma anche stanca. La casa ha qualche anno, ma se li "porta" sempre bene ;). Per andare al mare è necessaria l'auto. Nel complesso un bellissimo soggiorno, che consiglio nonostante le piccole pecche! Positive side: nice apartment, with everything needed (even dishwasher). The view from the garden is amazing and is worth the whole stay. The district is clean, tidy and elegant, with a great swimming pool area (for adults and children). Downsides: washing machine is missing, but is ok for a short stay. Cleaning is not so great, the lady doing the check-in is nice but also tired. The apartment is not so new, but still nice. The car is necessary to go to the sea. Overall it's a great stay, that I recommend nonetheless the tiny downsides!

Bellissima veduta.L appartamento è come viene descritto, ottimo anche il posto auto all ombra .Ottima anche la descrizione con le foto da parte del proprietario della strada per arrivarci perché vista la salita ripida avremmo avuto delle difficoltà in più.

Soggiorno a Porto Santo Stefano Settembre 2019

La vista sul porto è bellissima. Sebbene l'appartamento dimostri i suoi anni, è tenuto bene ed il soggiorno è stato molto apprezzato. Data l'ubicazione del residence l'uso dell'auto, anche per una semplice passeggiata sul lungomare, è quasi indispensabile. Un'altro aspetto molto positivo è la tranquillità dell'appartamento.

Schöner Urlaub in Porto Santo Stefano

Zu einem gelungenen Urlaub gehört auch eine ensprechende Unterkunft. Das Apartemet ist gemütlich und praktisch geschnitten und durch die offene Seite (Glasschiebetüre) zur Terasse auch sehr hell. Die Aussicht von der Terasse aus auf die Stadt und den Hafen ist schon aussergewöhnlich. Etwas abgelegen (oben auf dem Berg), muss man halt zum Besuch der Altstadt etwas zu Fuß gehen.

Fantastic location, amazing view!

The place is like it is on the pictures. The view from the terrasse/garden is amazing. The swimming pools are great, there is one small pool for the kids. I would recommend this location.

Bon compromis

Bien situé, bien équipé sauf le réfrigérateur un peu petit pour 5 personnes et la douche un peu capricieuse, les environs sont jolies et calme, vrai moment de détente mais où l’on peut accumuler les activités.

Abbiamo apprezzato ospitalità, buona posizione, presenza di parcheggio privato e piscina. Bella esperienza; unico neo l'assenza di lavatrice, ma é sicuramente tollerabile per una sola settimana di soggiorno.
