“Great room. TV solution I would revise and renove that hotelbox thing. Let the guests use their own devices. This solution is for android users only. Dont like that the chairs sround the pool cost 10 Euro to rent from the restuarant. Should be free for guests to use. Minor things but the stuff I would improve. No deal breakers. “Die Aussicht war aus unserem Apartment sehr schön auf den Gardersee. Der Pool war auch eine schöne Sache. Leider ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Räume sind sehr hellhörig. Bei uns wohnte eine Familie mit Kinder darüber, das war schon ziemlich laut auch noch spät abends und auch gleich wieder am Morgen.”

“Für Ruhesuchenende ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen, mit wunderbaren Blick auf den See und Malcesine. Die Auffahrt mit dem Auto ist sehr steil, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist läuft man ca. 20 Minuten in den Ort. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und der Hausmeister ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend! Das Einzige Manko: die Sauberkeit! Von unseren Vorgängern waren noch die Spiegel verschmiert und es war leider sehr sehr staubig!”

“Das Hotel liegt oben auf dem Berg in Tignale. D.h. wer Probleme mit Serpentinen hat, sollte sich auf eine etwas anstrengendere Anreise vorbereiten. Der Ausblick vom Hotel über den Gardasee entschädigt für jede Strapaze während der Anreise. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Sandwichmaker, etc.). Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Am ersten Abend waren wir auch im Restaurant des Hotels. Das Essen war sehr gut. Ansonsten……

“Hotel Serenella was fantastic. It was located in a wonderful old part of the town. The staff was welcoming and professional.
