The Space:
Nestled in 18 acres of Monteagle Mountain’s lush "bio-gem," the Hummingbird Treehouse at Terralodge is your vibrant treetop escape! Freshly revamped with new furniture, a top-rated Nectar king memory foam mattress , fiber WiFi, Smart TV with soundbar, and a fireplace, it’s perfect for Netflix or Hulu marathons. The open studio features a full kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker), leather couch, and dinette set.

Absolutely stunning

I will definitely be returning in the future. My stay was not nearly long enough. It was a magical ambiance. A couple critiques (though minor) is they could put up string lights over the hot tub fire pit area as it was a bit dark. Also it says it’s sleeps 4 but there’s only one large bed and a couch that’s not the most comfortable for sleeping.

Tree house getaway

We loved this property! The hot tub, the fire pit, the outside seating were all so user friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. The inside of the cabin was equally comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was as advertised. The only negative about our trip would be the lack of food option which is not at all the hosts fault. We stayed sun-Wednesday and several restaurants were not open. We didn’t go hungry by any means but had to search for very many options. Otherwise this was a fabulous trip and would highly recommend Terre Losge to anyone who likes the out of doors!

This is not secluded, you are 100% visible in the hot tub from the road in multiple directions additionally the cabin next door is also visible to your hot tub and theirs! You can hear everything they are doing over there, additionally the hot tub was green and mildewy, my partner won’t get in. And just because it says it’s not suitable for kids doesn’t mean they are not kids there, so if you were looking for an adult private secluded tree house with a hot tub, keep on looking this is not it. What a rip off.

Great treehouse experience

The treehouse was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the hot tub and fire pit were all nice. The tree house feels secluded, yet you can still see the lights of other treehouses so you don't feel alone in the woods. Highly recommend!

Booked this off of Vrbo website at the beginning of the year. Had the best time on vacation. It was secluded, clean, comfortable. There was ice available in the freezer, and even a basket of goodies to make s’mores over the fire. Couldn’t have picked a better space to spend on our honeymoon!

Wedding weekend in Sewanne

We had a wedding to attend in sewanne. The cabin was perfect spot in the woods. Close to the university. Comfortable bed and furniture. Would stay again!!!

Excellent property, bad timing

This property is wonderful, and a great place to get away from it all. Unfortunately when we went, there was construction going on, making it hard for us to enjoy sitting out, lying on the hammock, using the bathtub, grilling our hotdogs for lunch. I did mention this to the host but they told me “this was the best time to do the construction “. That response was disappointing. Other than that, I would go back again, and recommend to family and friends.

Great Getaway for Two in Love!

I had two nights with my lovely bride for my 65th birthday. What a time we had! The place is just excellent! From the owner, Scott, who was very responsive and very helpful from directions to the best places to eat nearby. Thanks again Scott. The hot tub is the bomb! We spent so much time there and at the firepit right beside it. Very comfortable accommodations to everything you need right there. Have a great time there to all who come and see. We will be back for a longer time in the near future. Joe

Treehouse stay bucket list- check!

Great communication from start to finish! Loved the property setting, loved the hot tub being on the big boulder, fire pit had great relaxing view to watch squirrels play in the trees, inside decor was beautiful, fireplace was perfect to hang our stockings for christmas. Would like to see the oven upgraded for our next stay. As the temperature settings were not on it so burnt a couple things. Lol. The shower & bathroom rock sink was fun. Happily recommending to friends!

Exactly what we were looking for.

This was the perfect camping experience without the tents. My son wanted to stay in a treehouse with our dog and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The property was everything expected from the description and reviews. We look forward to going back and having other family members join us in the adjacent cabins. We (including our dog) enjoyed being on the property, visiting local venues, including the University Campus, restaurants , and hiking in the parks.
