Charming, super well-kept design apartment on the panoramic top floor.
Completely renovated !
Exclusive interior design and fine finishes created by Tuscan artists. Resins, frescoes, Venetian Plaster, artistic elements and recycled elements. Located on the third and top floor of a historic building dating back to the mid-20th century in a very central position "a few steps" from the SPA, Train Station, main street, funicular, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets . Motorway is 10 minute away.
By train or by car you can visit all of Tuscany . Firenze, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, Chianti and wine cellars , San Gimignano, Cinque Terre are 30-60 minutes away by train or by car.
I designed and took care of the interior design using Tuscan artists for the fine finishes.
It is characterized by large, very bright spaces recently renovated with taste and refinement …
The apartment is located in the center of Montecatini-Terme accessible by car, is spread over a single floor and is entirely reserved for guests.
It is accessed via a comfortable condominium stairwell.
The main door leads to the large entrance in precious resin which leads to two apartments: 1 apartment reserved for guests and 1 apartment where I live.
The entrance leads to the first very bright double bedroom with two large panoramic windows overlooking the roofs of Montecatini and Montecatini Alto.
Next to it we find the large and beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, the second double bedroom with a wall frescoed by a Tuscan artist and equipped with a work table. Large window with a glimpse of the roofs and a view of Montecatini Alto.
A resin corridor leads us to the second bathroom with shower and laundry room, to the third double bedroom with armchair and Pop-Art cabinets made by a Tuscan artist. Next to it is the storage area and in front the very complete kitchen area with large table and living room always equipped with large windows overlooking the roofs and a glimpse of the mountains of Montecatini Alto.
Complete and well-equipped bathrooms, super complete kitchen with all types of household appliances and dishes.
Beds with very comfortable mattresses and selection of memory pillows !
All bedrooms and kitchen-living room are equipped with smart TVs and Netflix
*Super Fast WiFi connection throughout the apartment.
*Each room is air conditioned and equipped with two latest generation "climate systems" for optimal comfort

Access is via a comfortable and large condominium stairwell.
From the main door of the
apartment you enter the large entrance hall which leads to two doors: one to the apartment reserved for guests and one to the apartment where I live.
The apartment, despite being in the center, is easily accessible by car or train.

▪️The parking spaces under the apartment are subject to charges from 8.00 to 20.00 and FREE in the other hours.
