“The place is in a good location and what really makes it great is that we got a card for free access to the local beach. It was very clean when we arrived and Chris, the superintendent was very helpful and accommodating. He even lent us his umbrella when it rained! The grounds are well kept and create a nice clean setting. There's even a swimming pool! ”

“Despite a safety breach at the property, we had a good 4 night stay. I would advise renters to confirm if they expect to be renting 3 rooms or 4. The listing advertises 4 rooms so I expected that. We had a long journey and this was one of several listings I booked, so when the property manager showed us 3 rooms instead of four, I assumed I had got my information wrong and didn’t ask about the fourth room. “This place is incredible! It’s tucked away from the tourism hustle and bustle! It’s so peaceful and quiet. The beach is just feet away! The property is breathtaking. We enjoyed the breeze going through the house with all the doors open. Miss Annette was awesome! She makes the most amazing food! Her banana fritters are out of this world! She is helpful and kind and will do her best to accommodate any requests! (Like finding a tattoo artist to come to the house ) She will make it happen! She cares……

“Myself and two senior women friends rented this two bedroom, two bath supposedly cottage for 29 nights, the month of March, what it was, two bedrooms,two baths and a hallway, a very small kitchen outside of our locked unit, that's all. I questioned Mr. Appleton, with a note about our concerns, beginning, how did he think that three senior women who were expecting a cottage according to his description and listed amenities manage for a month in that. “The property was clean and everything was as advertised. The check-in process was seamless as detailed instructions were provided and the security team was expecting and very welcoming. Video instructions was a welcome touch. Our host was very responsive and we would definitley return if we are in the area. Some attractions offer pick up from the location - another plus.”
