The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the front desk staff were professional, warm, and efficient. The food was absolutely great, the location is perfect, and the overall service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Tanisha HC, who was one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made my stay memorable. "The entertainment crew was phenomenal, the pools were refreshing, and the food was pretty good. Gorgeous and pretty large beach area. In a little cove area so barely any waves. If you like being in the Ocean- this is the place. Bring along those hammock floaties and before you know it a whole afternoon has passed!"

"Despite the recent hurricane we had a great time! Entertainment team was lit, rooms were cleaned spotless each day, and food was mostly delicious! Perhaps the biggest drawback that we had was the “timeshare” sales pitch they had us sit through for an hour-hour and an half after our first night there. If you’re not interested in that, decline the free breakfast!"
