“This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too.”

“Mini bar was stocked every morning with my choice of items. Staff was always nice, though a little slow at times. Heavy-handed at the bar on breakfast at the buffet was always hot and delicious!”

“Beautiful property, most of the staff are absolutely amazing... but due to the few inconveniences we had we will not be back to this couples.... we will stick with Negril and swept away, hopefully they are still as we remember . “I would never recommend this property. It is dated and worn out. The food was terrible and yet somehow everything tasted the same. We couldn’t even try some of the restaurants on property because they were either closed or no reservations available. The 2 hot tubs we saw were filthy and damaged. Snorkeling from the beach was literally the only redeeming quality for this resort. This experience was so bad that I wouldn’t trust any Couples Resort moving forward. “We have been to Jamaica at least 10-15 times and have stayed at several AI resorts throughout the island. Cons: This was my least favorite and I’d consider it a 3 star at best. Resort is a ghost town after 9/10pm. Need more nightly activities for the 20-40ish crowd. Piano bar gets old. Need to add foam parties, more genres of music, karaoke on stage and on a weekend. Pros: The staff(Amay, Cori, Moesha & Dean were all fabulous & went above and beyond. The ocean/beach are amazing with fun/free……
