“The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year.”

“The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better. Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more.”

“Majority of staff were rude and miserable. Unfortunate, because the property is beautiful and relaxing. Experienced six unfavorable occurrences, including a fall in their restaurant, and was only compensated with a cheap bottle of wine. Will never return.”

“Lush garden. The lobby has plenty seating. Did not enjoy the hotel. I do believed I didnt get the room that I paid for. The air conditioner was first so loud. The man came and bridge it with a piece of wood. We had to turn it off and use the fan. The bathroom had rust on the soap dish holder and the shower curtain rod. The room had a musty smell. We cut the trip short and left Sunday instead of Monday.”

“Well maintained property that covers so many amenities and activities that you would normally pay extra for at a lesser all inclusive. Friendly staff, beautiful beaches, good air conditioned room. Recommend Heliconia for dinner (IMO better than Otaheite, the only reservation required restaurant).”
