「This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. 「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

「The apartment was very nice, clean and in a great location. It felt very safe, secure and in a busy area. Being made aware of cars not being able to get near the property or key pick up would have helped in our timing and planning. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms was not that good. 「Travelled with my father and two sisters for my dads 80th Birthday. The apartment was very clean, tidy and brilliant location. Beds were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. Two bathrooms was really handy.Great location, walking distance from the lake and restaurants. Excellent base to explore the region. Will def be returning. 」

「Das Appartement war sehr schön und sehr stylisch umgebaut! Das Appartement Gaia ist auf 2 Stockwerken, welche mit einem Lift verbunden wären. Dieser hat während meinem Aufenthalt leider nicht funktioniert. Daher habe ich den 2. Stock jeweils über das Treppenhaus erreicht. "Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
