「Owner initially took days to answer us but closer to the stay date was extremely responsive and cooperative. The place is old but maintained well. However, we did not get the unit we rented. We were upgraded to the ground floor unit for logistics issues. The owner forgot to turn the heat back on and the air conditioning was still in the window with the plastic insultation on the sides completly riped off. We were able to put our hands outside... Still the host was very helpful and had someone...

「C’était pour une semaine à Montréal et ses environs. Location a plusieurs voyageurs. Chacun a son intimité, sa télé, son lit et sa salle de bain. Très bien entretenu! Super propre. Une cuisine commune permettant de se faire de petits plats le matin et au soir pour nous. Ça nous a plu de Séjourner à cette adresse. Nous étions véhiculés, mais il s’agit d’un coin très bien desservi. Un supermarché pas loin à pied. Autour des dépanneurs ça c’est chouette!!! Merci beaucoup !」

「Our group of 9 adults had a great week in late June. The property is in a super location in the heart of Old Montreal, and Alaa, the host, was thoughtful and helpful for any questions we had. The entry, at street level, has two couches and a shoe rack, leading to the stairs to the main sleeping area on the building’s 2nd floor. 「This was a great property in every respect, except that we were boneheads and didn't realize that if you're going to go to Quebec in the winter, you should really just have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or stay in a hotel. The driveway was a little long and not flat, so the property wasn't the best fit for us, because - surprise, surprise - it snowed. "Smooth check in and free underground parking which were great. Overall our room was clean except for the bed. There were short hair and some dirt? on the bed sheet…quite disappointed and was also shocked but we were only there to sleep for one night. We arrived late and we needed to check out early so we just cleaned that up ourselves. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay here again! "
