“Bruno is an excellent person very caring and ready to help in every thing, when it was no bus to return he didn’t hesitate to come to the train station to pick me up. He gave me a very nice welcome and he help me during my check out taking me to the bus stop. The only problem is distance between main cities, so you will need a car because the transportation is very limited. Also he will need to ask the cleaning lady to do a deep cleaning specially removing the spider and cobwebs. ”

“Ett underbart mysigt boende i de italienska bergen - med världens mysigaste värd. Varje morgon möttes vi av en uppdukad frukost - med bra utbud! Väldigt hjälpsamma med alla frågor och funderingar vi hade - även behjälpliga med hur vi skulle ta oss dit, det var svårare än väntat. Enda negativa med vår vistelse var att sängen var en gnisslande metallsäng, minsta rörelse så kändes det som att det lät i hela huset. Vi ser fram emot att komma tillbaka hit! ”

“Wee spent two mid-September nights at the B&B. The location couldn't be better in the center of Bologna. Very easy walks to local sights and dining options. The included breakfast was very good at a local coffee shop. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with a lovely view but rather uncomfortable couch. The only complaint is the difficulty we had in finding the B&B. It is on the fifth floor of what otherwise is an office building with no external signage identifying the B&B. ……

“Super lille værelse, på en meget central placering i Bologna. Denne B&B ligger i en ombygget herskabslejlighed. Fungerer rigtig fint - minder om et lille hotel. Morgenmad var ikke inkluderet i prisen, hvilket er lidt underligt når det hedder Bed&Breakfast. Men det gjorde os ikke noget. Vi havde håbet på en altan, men det var også helt ok med værelse ud til vejen.”

“Basic and plain property, well located but very expensive for the room. Breakfast offering was poor. Stayed at another property just 2 blocks away x 3 more nights with much better amenities and same price”

Ванна кімната обладнана всім необхідним, є фен і пристрій для укладки волосся. Кухня: є плита, чайник і кавоварка, доступні заварка, цукор, кава, йогурт, пластівці, посуд. Можна замовити сніданок, або самостійно щось приготувати собі. Сервіс ненав'язливий. Помічниця господаря гостинна, приємна, ввічлива, готова допомогти й надати……

“La camera era molto graziosa e pulitissima, il personale molto gentile, la posizione ottimale. Molto bello il lavoro di restauro fatto in un contesto storico a due passi dal centro. Anche la colazione, servita nell'altra sede di Via delle Belle Arti a pochi minuti a piedi, era adeguata alle aspettative e servita in un contesto ben curato. Per tutto questo davvero complimenti! Un aspetto che mi ha deluso è l'insonorizzazione, aspetto pubblicizzato anche sul sito e su cui contavo molto per mia……
