"Staff(one person we saw the whole time) was not friendly. Amenities were awful. No room cleaning service "

"Front desk was helpful and very friendly upon checking in. Our room was facing the water and had a gorgeous view. The complimentary breakfast was served within the time frame we picked so the coffee stayed hot, juice stayed cold. This was a great experience for my partner and I. We really liked how a beach was literally right next to the hotel, and cannery row was walking distance from us. Will 100% book with the place again. "

"The room was great and larger than most we have stayed in. Bed was very comfortable. Room had all the amenities. If there was a down side it would be parking. rather tight and limited but we worked around that."

"Pro- Clean, quiet, safe place, and the front staff is nice. Parking is great (you park in the front of your room). Having a Microwave Con - no staff at night, furniture worn off, no bathtub (I am okay with it), but the shower place is smaller than usual(I think it depends on the room you select - I selected a basic room). Overall, it was a good place for me to stay (under budget) since I enjoyed my trip in Big Sur. I would use it again.. "

"Did not meet expectations. Facility needs more upkeep and general maintenance, mostly on the exterior and outdoor areas. Stayed in building Q, which had litter and some trash in the open hallway for the 3 nights we were there. The 2 bedroom queen with patio room was spacious and pretty nice I side, except for the numerous spots where the wallpaper was peeling. The dirty dusty grimy patio, and the shower head that wouldn't stay in place (pole kept dropping down). Pool was a nice temperature, but there were no towels available (sometimes for hours, 2 of the 3 nights). Restaurant onsite was pricey but pretty tasty. Pickle ball courts were abundant and free to borrow equipment to play."

"We liked the convenient parking and location but the hotel itself is NOT as nice as the pictures make you believe. We had issues with our rooms door locking securely, TV working and screen door to the balcony was broken. I’m not sure our bathroom was cleaned prior to our arrival. I found the last guests contact lenses on the sink counter!"
