“The location is great. But the unit was in poor repair. The carpet was torn and coming up off the floor. The refrigerator was broken and hot on the inside. They did bring a new refrigerator the next day but the ice maker still didn't work. But the huge issue was there was a problem with water in the entire building. When they finally fixed the water, then there was no hot water. Coming off the slope and you can't take a hot shower really sucks.

“They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?”

“This property is excellent for our needs. It is located right on 285 so we did not have to worry about snow on the mountain roads. We noticed that the inside decor has been changed up. Nice touch for us since we have stayed multiple times. Thanks for the new privacy blinds. It is a quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. Will book again.”
