“Great little spot, hidden off Route 20. “It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. “This cabin was adorable! The host provided everything travelers would need to make their stay comfortable, including ingredients to make S'mores and a much needed bandaid after a skinned knee incident. The place was very clean. If you're looking for a place to stay while your child competes in Cooperstown, this is a great spot. Its about 30 minutes from Dreams Park. Beautiful Scenery! We saw Deer, a Ground Hog and a Bald Eagle.”

“This house had everything and more that you could want. The pictures do not do it justice. Dean thought of everything and was very responsive! Highly recommend this house.”

“Great location and property near Cooperstown!”
