“ We never got to stay here, even though we paid the full rate for 4 nights, about $1350. The change/cancellation policy is 100% non-negotiable and the property is impossible to contact by phone. The phone number has a recorded messages declining all calls. The email soliciting this review says “As a small company, we depend on our valued guests to tell others about us.” I don’t buy it. These people just want your money and don’t care bout your experience at all. Here’s what I want to tell……

“It doesn't look luxurious at first, but the facilities are very complete. The air conditioner is turned on before you check in, so it is cool as soon as you enter the room. There is water in the refrigerator and a freezer compartment, which can quickly cool down the food. It's a quiet place in a quiet town. Very nice.”

“This is a bare bones hotel, but with that said it was very clean, bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. What really stood out to me was the staff. The breakfast lady was very attentive and restocked everything quickly and kept the place sparkling clean. The price was high for a bare bones hotel, but that area is very expensive, so it was reasonable for the area. I booked this room through Expedia and it came up when I searched for hotels in Moab. I didn't……

“Relaxed country inn. We loved watching that herd of deer cross over the fence and through the property. The host gave it a personal touch which you don’t find often. I would totally go back.”
