This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke anywhere inside the building, smoking in the unit will cause smoke detector go into alarm. If you need to smoke, please do so outside.
Parking
On site parking is available and limited to 1 car per booking but you need to reserve in advance (at least 2 days in advance), spot will be reserved to you upon request with $20 fee/car/night being paid 1 day in advance (space limited). Outdoor street side parking is a free option if you do not reserve indoor parking 2 days in advance.
