It was a great stay! The room was nice and clean. Surprisingly spacious room. The manager was very friendly. Parking is easy and comfortable. The breakfast had waffeles, bars, fruit, cereal, hot drinks, juice, yougurt, and a bunch of other things I dont remember. Honestly everything I look for.

No one was available at the front desk when we arrived to check us in and there was no one there for us to ask questions to the next morning when we had breakfast. We also felt rushed out of the room before check-out on the last day. we were gone well over an hour before checkout.

Beds were great. Motel is older and room was dated. The bathroom door had a loose hinge and lamps needed bulbs replaced...the manager was friendly, parking was spacious, the AC worked. There was an ice machine and a guest laundry, although that room could use a good cleaning.

The room was very clean and included both a refrigerator and a microwave. The air conditioning worked well, and the staff had even pre-cooled the room before my arrival, which was a nice touch. The rate was very reasonable, and there was plenty of parking available. I stayed here while visiting the parks around Montrose and had a pleasant experience. I would stay here again.

I liked the property at first, then little things stated to bother me. No light bulb for lamp next to bed. Pool broken as well as ice machine. So I was little upset. No pans, plates, bowls, silverware to utilize the stove or oven.

I was moved to 3 rooms before finding one with a working air conditioner. The pool was empty, and the security fence around it was broken. There was a dead bird carcass and what appeared to be human vomit under the stairwell. There were mouse droppings under the kitchen sink. Apparently, it’s true…you get what you pay for!

I only stayed 1 night as last minute stay and it did the job. A.little sketchy when i arrived bc im not used to motels, but My room was clean, quiet. Good water pressure. Bed was comfy. Felt pretty safe overall. Owner at counter was friendly and helpful! Overall better stay than I expected and actually better experience than some of the major hotel chains I've stayed in. Would stay again.

You get what you pay for. The hotel as a whole is very outdated. We didn't have any issues parking nor getting to our room. The room itself was outdated- but the wood floors over carpet were a plus. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. Our toilet/shower was room was dusty and mold around the exhaust fan was gross. The vanity area was ok, towels were stained and dingy. The AC was a new unit and worked great, microwave and fridge also a plus. The free breakfast was a choice of cereal, make your own waffles, yogurt, and packaged sugary snacks. A choice of fresh apple or banana, OJ, and coffee were also offered. We needed a place, this was less than a $100 a night and it worked. I wouldn't stay here for longer than that.
