I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the service animal fee in cash. I refused and put it on my card. This was a clear violation of HIPPA, and the rights of my partner who depends on his service animal and should not be descrimated against. It was humiliating because we couldn't afford to lose the money we had already paid so had to pay more than the quoted rate.

They advertised breakfast included but when we got there "no breakfast" asked for 1st floor said it would cost more money stair cases were roped off because it was not safe. Pea stain on a sheet. Very noisy neighbors kept us up all night second night. Floor needed mopping. The place was nearly empty...they could have put us in a roo. With empty places on each side so we would have had 2 quite nites. I would suggest this be removed from your records and i would appreciste a refund. Thanknyou.

This motel was the absolute & by far the worst stay in my 3 week vacation. The floor had dirty spots on it when we arrived. I worked for 20 minutes getting the brown & yellow spots off the bathroom door ( one can only imagine what the spots were). The towels were stained dingy yellow. The shower curtain was unreal dirty. The wardrobe didn't have a rod to hang our clothes on & only one hanger laying on the floor of the wardrobe. The woman @ the check-in desk wore PJ'S & was extremely unpleasant. The continental breakfast was a joke. We had to go out for breakfast. This motel was nothing short of a dump.

This room has a broken nonworking fire alarm, missing knob on stove with evidence of fire, filth and sheets on inside out. We left. Ahmed with Expedia customer service helped me and "after negotiations" got me a full refund. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Lady who did the "check-in" was talking on the phone and I had to wait approx. 10 minutes to ck-in. She did not acknowledge me nor indicate that she would be sometime on the phone with "whomever." The coffee pot did not work and I had to call the "night number" to get a new pot and when I asked for more coffee, her response was "there's two packs in the room;" which I and my partner where going to use when we would get a pot that "worked" and she got very "HUFFY" when I explained I needed 2 for the next morning (Thursday). The lady was not professional, friendly, nor courteous. We will NOT stay at the 1st Interstate again!!

My wife and I had to go to the office on 6 different occasions to have new key cards made, none of the ones they gave us worked. There was food left over in tge refrigerator! The showe control valve fell off when i turned it on to take a shower.
