「Love our stay」

「Made use of the stay, restaurants & bar + bar and pool - enjoyed all. Best stay in awhile. Buffet breakfast lovely, coffee machine though wished coffee was hot. But otherwise service, hotel and food great. Would stay there again. Much needed staycation. Stayed 1 night.」

「Reception was unattended twice within the hours that it should have been open. Made it impossible to check out/ access luggage until someone turned up after 10+ minutes of waiting both times.」

「The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible...

「very good location as 5 min drive from gold museum and sovereign hill. good facilities, our kids played at the indoor playground for an hour. the room itself is small」
