“Very close to train station, simple and clean room”

“A nice hotel on Saas Fee in the center a short walk from the Bus Station. It has small but good facilities. It's restaurant is nice, but it is only open Wednesday to Saturday. The rooms are good size but standard rooms have no view; they look into the back of an appartment building. It is reasonably priced. And all in all good value for money in up market Saas Fee. As summer skiing is becoming impossible, summer prices should start to drop.”

“The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use……

“El hotel en general está bien, solo que se me hizo un poco viejo, la habitación estaba muy amplia aunque no me encantó su decoración, pero tenía balcón con vista bonita, el desayuno estaba súper bien y tienen el servicio de ir por ti a la estación, en general muy bien todo.”

“Fine hotel in wonderful location. View from our second floor balcony was spectacular. Restaurant was excellent with a super set menu option that was changed each evening. Extremely helpful & friendly staff. Loved our time here. Many thanks!”
