Waterfront Complex , Poolside, Ground-Floor, & New King Bed

  • 3 min walk to beach! Ground-floor, poolside efficiency in complex on Sound, with newly renovated kitchen, flooring, and paint. Our unit faces the pool on ground floor. The complex is sound-side with pier, grills & gazebo. We are located just steps from the ocean with a private crosswalk for direct beach access.

    Just picture a hotel room that has been converted to a privately owned efficiency. Our unit is perfect for a max of 2 adults. Please, no smoking in unit. Due to HOA rules, no pets or boats allowed by renters.

    - New (2026) King BedFully stocked small kitchenette w/ cooktop, microwave, drip & k-cup coffee makers & countertop toaster oven
    - Small full bath (tub/shower)
    - Cleaning, linens, towels (basic...please bring xtras), starter paper goods included
