“Great location and perfect for an OU Athens getaway! We will definitely stay here again! ”

“This upstairs apartment was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the host was easy to work with. It is a short 15 minute walk to the end of court street and the hill to walk up was not bad at all. The only things that weren’t great was the lack of a tv and the shower being short. I am 5’3” and had to squat down to wash my hair. Other than that it was a great stay!”

“We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location.”

“Our group of eight friends set off from New Martinsville, WV aboard a pontoon boat, cruising the Ohio River toward Marietta. We docked at the Marietta Boat Club, and from there, it was just a short walk to The Buckley House—perfectly located in the heart of town.The timing couldn’t have been better. “Loved staying here! The property is just as advertised. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfy, and the location is great. I did have to sweep the kitchen floor when I arrived but other than that it was clean. I would stay here again. ”

“This property has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Plenty of space, items in the kitchen, comfy beds. I did not realized there would be people under us due to the separate unit. I also wish the water pressure was a bit better. Overall this was a great place and would stay again for sure.”

“Was a great little home ”

“Family reunion. We actually rented both cabins. Postives; Rustic location with nature immediately outside your door. Conducive to family time and conveniently located to grocery stores in the area (travel time about 30 min each way). Our group numbered 29 and included infants, toddlers, along with young adults and mature individuals. We enjoyed being able to gather for family time.
