“This was my second visit to the Pleasant Hill property. It then felt like home away from home. The layout is so accomodating. Our college girl decided she would like to live there instead of the dorm. It was my husband's first visit. He loved the place and said he definitely would return. Matt and Carrie are just the nicest people that you may encounter. ”

“Great flat in the heart of town. Close to everything: restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, etc. The flat was well equipped for our long weekend stay, with a large kitchen, comfy beds, and a nice bathroom. I was especially thankful that the air conditioning worked so well, given that it was typical hot August weather. The owner was quick to respond and helpful when I had questions. I will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Marietta!”

“Nice quirky place, great location ”

“This property has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Plenty of space, items in the kitchen, comfy beds. I did not realized there would be people under us due to the separate unit. I also wish the water pressure was a bit better. Overall this was a great place and would stay again for sure.”

“Very basic. Definitely needed more wash clothes!!! Sofia very low and uncomfortable for older customers It was nice to have a side yard for the dog and trails to take him to walk on! ”

“Nice ground floor of house in South Zanesville. Well decorated, old house with many nice newer features. Bathroom and kitchen well appointed and very clean. Host obviously thought about what guests would like. ”

“Family reunion. We actually rented both cabins. Postives; Rustic location with nature immediately outside your door. Conducive to family time and conveniently located to grocery stores in the area (travel time about 30 min each way). Our group numbered 29 and included infants, toddlers, along with young adults and mature individuals. We enjoyed being able to gather for family time. “We love staying right downtown and that's what this apartment was. Convenient parking, comfy bed, nice big shower. We didn't use the kitchen at all. Stairs and a long hallway once you get into the building, but very well lit and safe.”

“My dog and I stayed at this previously unreviewed property and were pleasantly surprised. Fantastic location, appeared newly renovated and was nicer than comes across in the pictures. For me the most important question is would I stay here again and the answer is absolutely. Overall it was very clean (the one exception to this was the bathroom tub had numerous short hairs in it, everywhere else was spotless).
