“Very beautiful and clean property. Host is very kind and responds quickly to any questions!”

“I hate giving negative reviews, however.... Upon arrival, access was very easy. The owner/ property manager provided clear and concise information. The property was easy to access, but definitely use a 4 wheel vehicle. However, the online photos of the property are deceptive. The cabin is not as rural as one would think. The building has much more wear than depicted. The deck is high above the ground and the boards are warped with openings. It did not feel safe. The gutters had plants……

“Great cabin, super cute and very comfortable, host was very responsive!”

“The hostess was amazing! Very detailed and the place was just perfect!”

“It was refreshing to have a standalone cabin with hot tub ! Nespresso Machine included , what a surprise .”

“House was clean, peaceful, and as described. Had everything we needed readily available. Check in/out was easy. Was close enough to a few things, but far enough to be serene.”

“Great property and experience!”

“Property was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything was updated and modern. Screened in back porch was super clean and great for dining outside without the bugs. Plenty of firewood for campfires at the firepit. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Location was great for seeing Cacapon State Park (15 min drive) and downtown Berkeley Springs (6 min drive). We would highly recommend this property.”

“My partner and I visited "Grateful Moments" retreat for a one week vacation. The house is stationed in a quiet forested neighborhood. It is very peaceful here. The house has numerous amenities that increase your comfort tremendously- for example central air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, a washer/dryer, a bathroom on the same floor as the master bedroom. Additionally, the house has wonderful recreational aspects. We enjoyed the game room! We played ping pong, and pool. Also, the……

“The property is nicely appointed and accommodate my family and my son’s which includes an infant. Well equipped kitchen. Everyone has their own rooms, it was very comfortable. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and yet very close to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park.”

“Really nice cabin great place to get away”

“Nice, rustic cabins. Beds were very hard and only had sheets on them, no quilt/duvet etc. The furniture could use some updating, sofa etc. very uncomfortable. Overall a decent place and very clean.”

“The cabin is very small and extremely rustic. It is better suited as a basic hunting cabin than a comfortable overnight getaway. There is no shower, only an outhouse-type toilet facility, and the sleeping arrangements consist of only thin foam mattresses, which offer very little comfort. While it may work for someone looking for a very primitive place to stay while hunting or spending time outdoors, it does not provide the basic amenities or comfort most guests would expect from a cabin rental.……

“We had such a great stay at the Dove’s Nest! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable! Janie was great with communication and helpful during our stay. The welcome bag and fresh eggs were so thoughtful as well. Highly recommend!”

“The property was great! Everything it states is accurate. The only thing we couldn't find were board games, but there was plenty to do. Even responded quickly when I asked about how far we could walk through the woods!”

“Great location and cabin house! Worth the stay!”

“We spent a holiday weekend at this cabin and came back feeling completely refreshed. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals and focus on relaxation. The scenery around the property is spectacular and changes beautifully throughout the day. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with both before and after our stay.”

“Beautiful trip with my pup. Explored the mountains and enjoyed the serene, peaceful evenings. Would definitely book again!”
