“This place was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing. The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and greet you with a smile every time they see you. The rooms are well-kept and have a great kitchenette that is fully stocked. I look forward to returning to the island, and when we do, this will be the only place we stay.”

“I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.”

The cocktails and food were incredible, both in the dining area as well as upon arrival (welcome drinks) and in the room (snacks, truffles, etc.). Everything felt so well thought out and special. I cannot wait to go back. I can't imagine a better hotel in St. Lucia (or really anywhere -- it's that tough……

“Quiet, intimate and stunning 360°views. Pool, room and every desire was attended to. Staff Carter, Paulina, Deleana, Sarah,Swedeah, Cornell, Ernie and Chris were all AMAZING. They arranged all our excursions, drivers and outside dining. Food was really colorful, fresh and delicious. Fresh cookies everyday in our room, on site activities what else does a couple need? “This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean/Piton view villa Flamboyant (#3 on the resort map) and it was fantastic. Very private and secluded. Wonderful views of the ocean and petit piton at the same time. “This apartment was so cute and so modern. It had everything we needed. The apartment was very convenient to walk to eat or shop or even to the beach. May want to bring a rechargable handheld fan. If the heat doesn't get you the humidity absolutely will. We would stay here again.”

“If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together.……

“I absolutely loved this resort. It gave such a “ at home” feeling. Stayed in chestnut room 1 which had a perfect view along with a huge patio and hammock to sleep on. The room Was clean and spacious they decorated It for my birthday. Staff was very friendly and informative. Now this resort is very quiet and not a turn up spot so It was perfect for going out to party/do excursions and come back to get all the rest needed. The infinity pool was amazing. “We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling.”
