"The photos on the internet don’t do this place justice. It’s much larger than I thought, and our villa was nicer than expected. The facilities and staff are top notch. The food was a bit mixed, some good, most mediocre, and some not so good. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly underwhelming - it’s very large but it’s mostly just pastries and fruit. There’s very little of anything substantial. It’s basically an insanely expensive continental breakfast. Luckily, it was included with our room rate, but otherwise it would have been $50pp which is outrageous. I wouldn’t even pay $20. All of the food there is ridiculously overpriced, but most can be written off as resort tax, but there’s no excuse for the breakfast. Aside from the so-so food, everything else is amazing and we would definitely stay there again. Also, the spa is something you need to see even if you don’t get a spa treatment."

"My wife and I stayed eight nights at the treehouse villa 1. The location was very clean, friendly and absolutely fabulous! Damien was AWESOME, he helped us book some wonderful excursions and was available for advice around the clock. The pool area was great to relax in after a fun day on the island. We would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to enjoy a getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Make sure to book the arrival dinner with Fabi, you will have leftovers for days, not to mention it was delicious!! Make sure to book the fish fry at Ladera on Thursday night. We would definitely do it again!"

"My husband and I stayed in the Romantic Room with an unbeatable view of the Petit Piton. The small plunge pool in our room was also nice. The only drawback to this property is the food. Breakfast is included but is nothing special. We had lunch and dinner once at the hotel. Prices are steep for what you get in terms of quantity. The staff was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the excursions we booked through the hotel. Despite the lackluster food, we would stay here again."

"This accommodation was excellent, really clean and comfortable. It features its own pool and conveniently located a local supermarket for easy supplies. The hosts could not have been more helpful and would assist with planning our excursions and also assist with transport. One of the hosts was so knowledgeable, kind and funny making our stay in St Lucia an amazing and memorable experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had some amazing memories that we will cherish forever and we are deeply grateful for the wonderful hospitality. We would highly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely return."

"11/10 everywhere! Carshina and the ENTIRE block was SUPER friendly and accommodating! Travelled as a couple, and we had ZERO issues with checking in, checking out, getting around, getting food, everything was exactly perfect and we would 10000000% come back. Carshina if you reading this, please tell Sasha, Mary and One Love Auntie we say helllo! We miss you guys already!!!"

"If you’re planning a trip and worried about plans/things to do in St lucia if you plan on staying at Caldera don’t stress. On the property they have list of activities alongside prices and the host is always available to reach out too for suggestions or arranging taxis - The host made everything a million times more seamless making us less anxious. Whenever we took taxis they always encouraged us to let our drivers know if we need to make a pit stop for groceries all in all very hospitable. If you’re trying to get away from the more tourist heavy places as this area was surrounded by locals. All the locals were extremely friendly and helped with suggestions on things to see and do. I’d definitely go again ti redo the trip now i have expectations but without their help and support this trip wouldn’t have been as amazing. "My wife and I stayed at this coastal apartment and everything was perfect. These are the things we enjoyed about the place:1.Excellent location -just a 2 minute walk to the town with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. 2. Lovely decor -all the furniture was top of the line and very carefully chosen and placed and felt very "homy" and not like a standard hotel feel. The place was in immaculate condition and was very clean.3. Contained all accessories needed for our stay -Kitchen- was complete with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and comes complete with all kitchen items such as pots and pans, cutlery, Bedroom- lovely comfortable bed with comforter and sheet.4, Balcony -the balcony was one of the best highlights where we enjoyed the beautiful views of the bay, the city and the mountains while having our breakfast and dinner.It was hard to find any faults but here are some of our suggestions for improvement:1. Colour coding or labeling of keys 2. Brighter lighting by entrance door and door to apartment -at times it was difficult to see key hole especially at night time.3. The safe was in the apartment but did not get to use it since there were no instructions in the welcome booklet. We felt very safe even in the night time whilst going for a late dinner or taking a stroll into town. The people are very friendly."
