Great place with cozy room for our family and dog. Great view and walking distance to the entire town of Morro Bay. Very clean and tidy when we arrived.Great outdoor space too!We found the neighborhood to be quite and we had a lovely stay at Sandy Dunes.Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed the location and its proximity to the main embarcadero. The property had all the necessary amenities. I would not recommend it to people with mobility issues because of the steps down to the bedrooms. It was dog friendly which was great. I would recommend to a friend or family

GREAT communication! Excellent location. Walk to the Embarcadero (the main street), the rock and the beach. See the rock from the patio and the living room. All the comforts of home. Perfect for a couple w/ a doggie and/or a kid or 2.

There were many reviews about the room with the single bed not having a door. We stayed in the home with my parents and 5 year old grandson. The room with the single bed is more of a passthrough than an actual room, but it was PERFECT for my grandson. There are curtains that give a little privacy to the room. The beds were soft, ample amount of linens, location was amazing and we are already planning our next trip back with our kayaks!

Beautiful house in a great location. We had a lovely time here for a couple of days and loved sitting out in the little patio with the firepit on in the evening and all the quaint sea side touches. The only slight thing we wished we had known as we have 2 teens is that one of the double rooms is off the single room and you have to walk through it to get to it. Also, it was only separated by a pull across curtain and not a door which was hard to tell from the pictures. For most people it wouldnt be a problem I am sure but if you have teens that annoy each other or people who like their privacy it may be worth considering. We would definitely return though.

Wonderful house! So many little touches that made it feel very homely whilst being modern and comfortable. As others have said the third (single) bedroom doesn’t have doors but curtains that pull across, this didn’t bother our son at all. A couple of minutes walk from all the restaurants and things going on at the sea front, and a view of the rock! Off street parking provided, and comfortable outdoor seating. Very friendly and communicative hosts. If you’re coming to lovely Morro Bay, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Annual Fishing trip.

Every year my parents, my husband and my self. Head over to Morro Bay for 3 or more days and go out fishing on the Black Pearl in Morro Bay. This place very cozy and was in the perfect location. We loved staying here. We will definitely look into booking it again for next year's trip.

We’ve stayed at several hotels as well as condo rentals in Morro— and this was BY FAR our favorite! The accommodations were fantastic and the location was amazing. We have two young kids and the unit accommodated all of us perfectly. Well equipped, well maintained and CLEAN. Hoping to return again and again!

Our family had a great time! Everything was super clean and there were great amenities (we really appreciated the water jug and coffee/tea) Perfect location, able to walk to all shops and restaurants with views of Morro Rock—-we will be back!

A lovely stay

This property is ideally situated just blocks from the water and with a great view of Morro Rock. Ana, the manager, was very communicative and helpful. The decor is very attractive and the house was clean, with the slight exception (hard to avoid at this time of year) of ants, of which we did some abatement. Some have mentioned that the middle bedroom with the twin is in somewhat of a hallway. The person sleeping there should bring earplugs as I slept there and there was only a curtain between me and the bathroom door. Otherwise this was a perfect place for my friends and I to gather (with a friend's daughter too) and spend a weekend. The kitchen is great for some basic cooking but double check with the manager in case you need to bring basic supplies (one of my party remembered oil which was handy, as it was not supplied, but there were some spices, salt and pepper, and condiments, for example).
