"Excellent staff and clean rooms."

"Sheets had stains, room smoke smell from room below and stains on floor kn room and bathroom."

"No on-site restaurant/pub on premise, they make-up the room every 3 days, parking garage needs a lot of repairs as cement was chipping/breaking away from support beams. Rooms are outdated, lamps have burnt out light bulbs so you do not have a lot of light in the room at night unless you leave the bathroom light on. A/C-Heater is not controlled by the thermostat on the wall."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton East Peoria Riverfront Hotel & Conference Center. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and hospitable from check-in to check-out. Christina was a gracious and attentive bartender who made every visit enjoyable. Mehdi was the most gracious host and truly went above and beyond by printing work materials for me when I needed assistance. And we cannot forget Allesia, who continued to follow up throughout my stay to make sure everything was exactly what I had hoped for. The level of care and customer service from everyone made my stay memorable, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"restaurants and bars were not open, carpet was filthy looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed in months. no hot water for shower. no coffee. very run down."

"Great little place. Owners work hard to make nice. It is a bit older of a facility, so it has some older feel. The worse part for me was the bathroom in the room. The toilet was very small and felt like a child’s toilet. Low and small, this made it difficult for a taller (and wider) dude to use."

"The first room had a distinct mustiness. The second room was fine although the towels had not been supplied after the previous cleaning. The staff promptly brought some. Overall a decent stay, but it feels like the facility could use a little attention. "
