Une arnaque honteuse

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© en fĂ©vrier pour le mois de mai. J’ai eu la propriĂ©taire plusieurs fois au tĂ©lĂ©phone, qui Ă©tait rĂ©ticente Ă  notre venue mais qui aprĂšs discussion m’a confirmĂ© qu’il n’y aurait pas de soucis. A J-2 j’ai rappelĂ© la propriĂ©taire pour rĂ©gler les derniers dĂ©tails et celle-ci m’a dit qu’étant actuellement occupĂ©e elle me rappellerait plus tard. Sans nouvelles, j’ai renvoyĂ© un message auquel je n’ai jamais eu de rĂ©ponse. Le jour J prĂ©textant une fuite de gaz elle a eu l’air Ă©tonnĂ© que je n’ai pas reçu de mail de votre part me prĂ©venant de l’annulation de la rĂ©servation (alors qu’elle avait mon numĂ©ro) En rĂ©alitĂ©, comme nous Ă©tions devant nous avons pu constater qu’elle avait louĂ© Ă  d’autres personnes et aprĂšs plusieurs appels elle nous a simplement dit de partir et que nous serions remboursĂ©s. C’est inadmissible de sa part et de la vĂŽtre. Un manque de correction comme jamais je n’en ai vu, quitte Ă  annuler notre rĂ©servation elle aurait pu le faire bien plus tĂŽt afin de nous laisser le temps de nous retourner mais elle a prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© gĂącher un week-end prĂ©parĂ© depuis longtemps. De votre cĂŽtĂ©, pas plus de professionnalisme et aucune rĂ©activitĂ©. Des interlocuteurs parlant Ă  peine français et qui a part me dire « vous serez remboursĂ©s » ou « je fais remonter au service concernĂ© » ou encore « nous revenons vers vous au plus vite » (ce qui bien entendu n’est jamais arrivĂ©) n’ont Ă©tĂ© d’aucun secours. Aucune solution de relogement. Aucune compensation pour les frais engagĂ©s (2h30 de route, essence et pĂ©age) ni pour les dommages moraux. Votre agence est une arnaque, votre plateforme misĂ©rable. Comptez sur nous pour faire votre publicitĂ© et celle de Mme MOKHTARI sur toutes les plateformes et tous les rĂ©seaux sociaux. L’association des consommateurs a Ă©tĂ© saisie. Une plainte a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© dĂ©posĂ©e Ă  votre encontre et Ă  la sienne. J’espĂšre que le remboursement tant promis par tĂ©lĂ©phone sera effectif sous 48h. Évidement je ne vous remercie pas.

J’aimerais parler de la propriĂ©tĂ©, mais j’ai mĂȘme pas Ă©tĂ© Ă©tant donnĂ© que la communication avec la propriĂ©taire le jour mĂȘme Ă©tait inexistant, on est restĂ© 8 personnes sans maison. MĂȘme Abritel ont essayĂ© de la contacter, et impossible. Perte d’argent.
