“A beautiful resort, with coral directly at the facility. A couple of concerns: pay-in-advance for all-inclusive was far more expensive than just buying meals and drinks after arriving. A 2nd concern was that the food was hit-and-miss. The continental breakfast was great, but the other meals were decent about 1/3 of the time. Not bad the other times, just not excellent.”

“A wonderful stay! The view of the piton from the room was unforgettable The staff were friendly and super accomodating The wildlife in the rooms could take a moment to get to used to if you're not a big nature person, but I'm a city girl and I didn’t struggle much. I'd suggest bringing extra pair of ear plugs though if you’re a light sleeper as the wildlife is vibrant at night. The hotel did provide ear plugs. Thankfully i'm not too affected by noise, so I got by just fine in the comfortable……

“We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was our first time at St. Lucia and we felt very welcomed. Everyone was kind. The resort itself was a bit smaller and in average condition, a bit on the older side; however, the beach view and sunsets make up for it. The "Hi-Tide Restaurant" was great! “Bay Gardens Inn is a beautiful inn! Tropical and the staff is so polite and helpful . The breakfast is too notch . I think the front door can be properly secured, the bathroom sink in our room be unclogged , and the shower itself needs a little more sprucing up. The bed and pillows comfy , air condition worked great! I think the hotel should allow guest to log in and out using their own user account for Netflix- if that is possible then I was not able too. It asks for a code that I couldn’t……

“Loved everything about the property and the staff”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”
