「Roof leaked during a rainstorm the first night. The host was responsive and we realized the entire property is a VRBO, not just the individual unit. Their price detail is very confusing, they are very slow to answer questions when it comes to the money. I've spent a week waiting for an answer, had to call VRBO to get their attention. Hotels are so much easier!!!!I'm done with VRBO!!!!!!」

「If you enjoy sitting on your bed 24/7, this place is for you.This “room” was actually part of a condo on the first floor — tucked awkwardly between the back door and the patio, with nothing separating it from the upstairs except a staircase. And when I say room, I mean just that — this is the only space you have access to.There’s no real sitting area unless you count a single stool, so your only seating option is… the bed. Storage? Nonexistent. My suitcase had to live under the bed like a troll...

「This was my 2nd time staying at this property. It's located less than 5 minutes from my daughter's home, and everything about the property is perfect for me. In addition, communication with the property owner has been outstanding, and this time we had 2 very minor issues, including a normal appliance glitch. The owner responded immediately, and took care of them. I will stay here every visit to Nashville!」

「The host was kind and informative when questions arose. The parking is secure which us great for being downtown. We felt safe the entire stay even with a toddler. The place had amenities for toddlers as well like a pack n play, chair with detachable table, and stroller. The view is amazing and the train is not loud at all. We loved cooking in the kitchen while being able to enjoy watching our toddler play in the living room. It was spacious for the 3 of us. We were close to downtown but far away...

「My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. The listing stated the neighborhood is "very safe and charming." Instead, we did not feel safe and were told by several people this is not an area to walk around. The parking area has numerous signs about locking doors and not leaving items in your car. We were awakened one night by a woman screaming.」
