“The place was nice and big enough for the 2 of us. The bed/mattress was bad/warn mattress. There were a lot, and I mean a lot, of bugs in the bathroom, especially in the evening they came out. Hopefully the accommodation is able to do something about that. ”

There was some confusing on our behalf, since Expedia noted to get a mail prior to our arrival for access - then we learned that our host is on site already.”

“The property is really unique and we loved our stay in our cottage. We wish there was better communication from the property, especially for check-in, as well as more availability for the "front-desk" which was never open while we were there. It would be helpful if the property provided some type of guidebook (e.g. do we need to recycle? What do we need to do with garbage before we leave?). They were super responsive when we lost hot water, though, which was helpful. There are not a lot of……

“It is a famil, running guesthouse. There is a very nice view of the ocean and Mt. Pico. The stuff is exttemly friendly and always prepared to help you. They are very helpful with advice. They alsk offer transfer. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The air was very damp and smelled like mold. There was indeed some black mold on the shower curtain and on the window curtain. Everything felt slightly damp in the room including our pillows. It was therefore extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep. We woke up in the morning feeling nausea presumably because of the disgusting air. There was also a door to the outside that rattled loudly every time a gust of wind blew which also made it hard to sleep. Overall I would recommend finding different……

“Pleasant surprise with gift basket and heater on at arrival! We never saw the host, but very accommodating online. Well equipped and nice location. On the downside, the beds and pillows are very hard.”
