「The room had peeling paint around the AC unit..peeling paint in the bathroom. We did meet an overdressed lady on our way to our room on the 2nd floor who asked us what state she was in. Obviously she was in the state of confusion. 」

「Oh my gosh where do I start! What a sweet little house. Appointed with everything you need and a wonderful location for running, walking, little shops and close to all that Charlotte has to offer. Ben and Susan are attentive. We will be back! 」

「Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional.」

「Our host very quickly responded to any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with. The house had perfect accommodations for a group of 7 women. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of linens / towels. Nice supply of coffee and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.」

「internet did not work until the next morning. TV remote did not work. Shower had very little water pressure. Bed was nice. Room was nice. Cool picture and room paint job was nice.」

We brought our kids and they also appreciated the corn hole and the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items. The A frame was so much fun and different!
