“Odd to check into a place with no actual person to greet you. I didn't really like using the lobby phone to speak with someone about questions about checking in and getting my room number. Room was clean and neat. They have a closet for guests to go to get extra towels etc. The biggest disappointment was the pool. The water was so cold we couldn't enjoy it at all. We paid extra for a place with a pool and then couldn't use it. Not sure I would stay here again.”
