"Staff were very welcoming and social. Breakfast was delicious. The only unfortunate thing is because the place is so old there are no individual room thermostats so our room was extremely hot whilst trying to sleep otherwise it would get 5 stars."

"Spent very little time at the cabin as we were attending an event in nearby Contoocook. The place worked well for our short stay. Potential guests should be aware that upstairs bedroom ceilings are slanted and low in spots. One needs to be careful not to bump one's head. Wish we'd had time to explore ..."

"The property was amazing, it had everything we needed from cooking pans to fire wood for the fire pit. The host Barbara was great. An absolute great overall experience. Would highly recommend it to everyone."
