“This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay.”

“It can be hard trying to choose a place to stay lately, especially since AI has blown up. I'm so happy I gave this place a chance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not once did I feel like they didn't want to be there. When we checked out at noon (which is an amazing checkout time), they held our luggage and bags for us. When we came back many hours later they offered to let us use the restroom before going to the train station. Most places in NYC don't want anything to do with you……

“Great place, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast time could last a little longer though, ending time was 9:30am, maybe extending until 11am is best. But overall was great. ”

“This hotel was very quiet and clean in an excellent spot , and all amenities were very comfortable and convenient I would definitely stay here again.”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“I went to North Adams to meet my daughter. At first, I was surprised that there wasn't an Inn Keeper. However, with security door for the house doors and each guest room, it wasn't an issue. The room was super spacious. Though, I wish the bathroom were bigger, or at least provide hooks for clothing. Other than that, simple continental breakfast. Since I am lactose intolerant, so my choices were a little less.”
