“The Yellow House is a wonderful B and B for a relaxing weekend. The owner is very conscientious and his breakfasts reflect that. There was always hot coffee available in the mornings and snacks, including home made cookies, during the day. The house is very clean and well kept. Our bed was a little small and therefore, I found it hard to sleep well. The next time we stay here I would request a room with a larger bed. I would definitely return for a weekend here. ”

The wood stove and dartboard were delightful amenities I did not anticipate. All of us enjoyed the hot tub especially soaking in the beautiful views of the full moon. The space was adorably decorated and more than delivered in adding to our perfect weekend!”

“Nice little cabin, clean, family friendly. The location to town and amenities is good but it's not the best view. Advertised cable tv but it did not work the whole weekend. Good wifi with an iPad was a lifesaver with a toddler.”

“This cabin is very cozy and is in a nice, friendly neighborhood. The check-in process was great and the cabin is dog-friendly. However, the cabin was very dirty and needs some serious cleaning. I notified the property management company and the gentleman there apologized profusely. He also said he would email the owner, but I never heard anything back from them. We payed a big cleaning fee and I'm sure that every other renter before us did, too. However, it's obvious that this cabin has not been……

“We had a nice, cozy stay at this cabin! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The local guides they provide were great, and the Wi-Fi worked well in the cabin for us. It is a little bit of a drive to Asheville or the surrounding areas, but it’s doable. The path leading up to the cabin is definitely easier to navigate before dark, but overall we had a good stay!!”

“Communication with owner was slow and frustrating. Room was lacking the very most basic of amenities. No TV in the room or anywhere in the house, no soap in the bathroom except a commercial hand soap dispenser at the sink and an ancient bottle of VO5 shampoo. Bed was awful. No coffee at the Keurig. Couldn’t wait to leave.”
