“Everything was very nice. The staff friendly, the park clean. There's great food choices very close. Our only issues, and they were probably our fault, were we didn't realize the cabin didn't come with bedding and there was no AC. Perhaps including that would be helpful. We would love to go again, next time prepared with fans and bedding.”

“Showed up after hours to find a cabin with no bedding. Called the after hours number, left message and no call back or response of any kind. Emailed thru Expedia asking for a refund.”

“The restrooms were a long walk away, and no toilet paper or soap. It was great for roughing it, but priced way too high! The web site through Expedia never mentioned you must supply your own linen, bedding, towels and everything, so I was unprepared, but it was non-refundable so after I booked it said nothing was supplied. One worker made you wait until 3pm check-in time even though cabin was ready, another worker went above n beyond by bringing bedding and anything else we needed at no extra……

“Staff were great. Called for late check in.staff checked me in over the phone and gave me the key code. Cabin was very nice and very clean. The property was great very clean and well maintained. The price was reasonable. I would stay there again and will recommend it everyone I know. 5stars all day.”

“severely disappointed. They sent me an elaborate check in procedure which didn't pertain to my actual room. No one on site to help, confusion as to where my room was, and I had to call them! I thought I was getting a smaller cabin but in fact it was a room where you had to pass the community bathrooms and laundry room to access. Which presented quite a bit of noise at all sorts of hours. The lighting was poor, it was dark, it was dingy, it was depressing. It had a bit of community bathroom……

“This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The wildlife and scenery was amazing. It's very quiet and peaceful. Especially at night. All you hear is the creek. I highly recommend Whitetail Creek Resort. It's right outside of Lead so you can see all the wildlife. If you want some place out of the way it's your place.”
