"Limited off season menu in restaurant could be improved- a breakfast menu one day then a buffet only the next. Staff was good about a room location request. We will return."

"The breakfast was cold and dry, the pull out couch bed was broken, the ac units did not work, the windows wouldn’t open, "

"We were locked outside at 11:30 pm for close to an hour. I had left the key card in the room. I was told if that happened there was going to be a night security person. He came for work when we were locked out and also couldn't get into the building. He was very nice and really tried every option but I had a child with me and a flight to catch. He was eventually able ro get a guest who could hear the pounding to let us in the lobby. He didn't know how to make us a key and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone on rhe phone until close to an hour. Very stressful. Also the overflow parking lot had nonguests staying in their cars."

"The only thing that I did not like was the barn style bathroom doors"

"Fridge was dirty and barely hanging on. Made horrible loud sounds all night. Room (non smoking) smelled so badly of cigarette smoke it was hard to breathe upon first entering. The shower water takes about 5-7 business days for the temperature to adjust, so either start it in advance or spend the whole shower adjusting the temperature. The parking lot is littered with trash and tweakers. We were not given the room that we booked and paid for in advance. It's the kind of shoddy hotel you see in movies. "
