“In a highway service area. Easy to find and parking is available. The staff are friendly and nice. The room is neat and tidy. The price is reasonable.”

“A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. ”

“Great place to stay overnight near the Stansted Airport. Breakfast is included and starts from 4am, hot dishes from 6am. Takes 10 to 15 mins from the airport with shuttle bus. ”

“IT'S A quiet place near the high way,there no public transport to hotel,you must take taxi from airport to hotel 10 pounds,no restaurant only has fast food shops here.”

“The management team is very friendly and helpful but security sense is not sufficient as the cleaning lady forgot to close the windows. If you do not request too high standard of room service, it would be a good choice.”

“I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.”

“I have to say I was nervous at turning up at 10.40 at night but check in was so so easy and natural. The room was great and the hotel full of history back to 1770. If you have a chance, stay here ”

Restaurant excellent and food high standard. Breakfast disappointing, food cold on hot buffet, croissants hard, no service at all. But overall a good stay . ”
