“We liked the friendly staff and other pub goers and they served a good pint of bitter from the barrel ! We did nt like the lack of parking, room had no en suite, and only a bath in the shared bathroom, rooms had paper thin walls and you could hear conversations as if they were in your room ! “Great for an overnight stay. Plenty parking, but watch height restriction into main bit of carpark. Our room and I think most rooms, was away from bar area and road so not noisy. Really clean, good condition, great for an overnight stay, but standard room a bit small for an extended stay. “What a delightful experience it was to stay at Instow Barton B&B and be hosted by Colin & Caroline. Happy, bubbly and a very friendly reception on our arrival.
