“We wanted something that was walking distance to downtown and the lake. This property gave both. We were able to walk to different parts of the lake from this property and easy walking to the main downtown/ Martine Museum. There is a full kitchen with most supplies. The layout of the place was nice as well. The bridge that goes over the Black River is right outside and it didn’t affect our sleeping. I even brought ear plugs just incase and never used them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.……

The little things kept us from rating it a 5/5... the floors were a bit dusty, the bathroom door and one bedroom door would not shut all the way, no vent over the stove, one very wobbly bed frame, and no blankets for the couch or any extras for the bedrooms.
