“As you enter the lobby of the hotel, the first thing you notice is the elegance and gorgeous scent ! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size, modern and clean. My only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold so I had to keep the curtains closed when the sun was streaming in the windows. A bit too warm for me at night, and this was in mid-November!”

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel !
