Mtende Mtende Beach Hotels

"Everything about our stay was perfect. We wanted somewhere quiet where we could relax and enjoy the sun on our last days in Zanzibar and Villa Bluu delivered that and more! The staff were so kind and attentive, food was delicious and the villa had perfect views. Highly recommend this villa if you want a relaxing stay in Zanzibar. Thank you everyone at Villa Bluu"

"Great place"

"Recently stayed here and everything was better than I could have imagined. From check in through our stay everything was just amazing. The staff were all helpful, special thanks to Wada ( always interacting with all guests and always smiling), Joshua, Kevin can't thanks you all enough for making our stay more than amazing. The staff danced for me on my birthday and gave me a suprise cake. Even though it rained they still danced out in the rain. Made my day so so amazing and special. Thank you...

"Beautiful location. Pros: - nice pool - activities - laundry service (not expensive) - inexpensive great massages Cons: - no AC - almost no water pressure in shower - only 1 very mediocre restaurant with nothing really near by "

"Top tier staff and service. The accommodation was great also."

"I stayed here in Jan 2026 and it was the most beautiful stay. From the moment I entered this property to the moment I left, everything was just wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Clean, stylish, spacious and the service here was always good."

"Secluded and very quiet compared to other places in Zanzibar"

"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure you were happy. The hotel was clean and the pool quiet and beautiful. Beach access was great and the view from our room was stunning. It was a great place to relax after climbing Kilimanjaro! Only issue was limited range of food, particularly for vegetarians. "

"Fabulous location - on the beach and close to the wonderful village. Staff attentive and friendly - food excellent. Great vibe, really cool decor. "

"Great food, great staff and great services."

"The staff was incredibly helpful. They went way above and beyond the expected to provide us a great experience. It was recently renovated, and the amenities are very good. The restaurant is also well managed and the food is prepared well."
