“This was a neat place to stay in the heart of the old part of Stone Town. Quaint, but with modern amenities like AC. I had a private bathroom down the hall which was clean and not far. Older building with stairs but I enjoyed my stay and felt it was worth it for sure.”

“What an astonishing place! Really friendly staff and the owners are lovely. Well run and clearly a lot of thought has gone into the communal spaces to make them as inviting and relaxing as possible. “Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. “When I arrive the hotel, I am stunning about the style. Then, I got crazy and scream inside my mind on my way to the room through restaurant and beach, what a Paradise!!! From my check in until check out, all is perfect. 1) Good introduction of room and facilities. 2) attentive staff which concern my needs in advance even 1 to 2 staffs concern if I am bored of being alone here (I did stay on beach side hotel alone, sometimes with island hopping for couple times in South America and SE Asia,……
